Gizzle It Just A Little Bit

I've been digging out all my old "Jesus and Mary Chain" singles and cranking them at full volume when the house has been all mine. What a band!
Here is my bi-monthly apology to fans who were hoping to see at the Paradiso on Wednesday. I had to cancel the gig as I'm off on tour with yank Dan Sartain. Working for the yankee dollar.
Apologies (again) to Marcel at Transformed Dreams who I have had to disappoint again. I will not fail thee next time.

I Read The News Today, Oh Boy.....

my PMT (post Molina trauma) was rather pleasantly summed up in this review in The Sunday Telegraph (UK newspaper):

Pillow Fights Not Pillow Talk

Lawdy lawdy what was that a fine evening had by one and all in the 'dam on Saturday night. The 'tache blew all and sundry away that night....yup I said it! Fuelled by birthday adrenalin, friends from Manchester, alcohol and a fantastic setting for a show (this was The Cavern without thieving scousers running about everywhere), the 5 music-ateers pulled off the best show of the year and were amply rewarded by dancing and screaming fans.
Pim's bicycle taxi service was in working order that night despite his struggle to fight the demons from his previous nights battles with new year's beer from Brouweij het 'Ij. His wheels really need to be pumped up though as my ass hasn't got suitable suspension qualities to battle the bobbling of the bike over tram-lines and cobblestones. At the Westergasfabriek, the "Stukadelics" pumped their reich'n'roll over the heads of the saturday night party fiends and and didn't even have to play behind chicken net wiring. We finished the evening singing along to The Sonics "Strychnine", played over the disco PA! A cracking birthday!
Check out "Malle Pietje and the Bimbo's". Sleaze and tease rock'n'crawl
